Description

The PAR1 Resin Bolt is a resin anchored yielding bolt for the absorption of energy in squeezing and dynamic ground conditions. The PAR1 Resin Bolt provides immediate pre-tensioned support with a high yield and energy absorption capacity.

The two paddle sets of the PAR1 Resin Bolt assist in the mixing of resin during installation and act as anchors once the resin is set.

The PAR1 Resin Bolt can be supplied in Ø18 mm, Ø20 mm or Ø22 mm bar depending on support requirements. The PAR1 Resin Bolt is supplied with a shear pin to facilitate spinning of the bolt for resin mixing upon installation. Once the resin is set the pin shears under rotation to allow for tensioning of the rock bolt against the surface of the excavation.

The tri-lobe tip of the PAR1 Resin Bolt aids in the centralisation of the anchor as well as the piercing and shredding of the resin cartridge to mitigate the gloving.
